Any circumstances which may give rise to a claim under this Policy must be notified to Towergate Insurance Brokers in writing as soon as reasonably practicable within 30 days of the circumstances arising and before interment or cremation or the holding of any inquest enquiry or proceedings concerning the death or disappearance of an Insured Person
