My name is Alex Alloro and I am a 30-year-old racing coach with a strong background in both motorsport and competitive driving.

With a Master’s degree in automotive engineering and experience from Karting to Formula 2, including prestigious manufacturer such as Aston Martin and Lotus.

As a race engineer, I’ve worked closely with VIP drivers, focusing on extracting peak performance between the driver and the machine.

Since 2020, I’ve raced competitively in karting and Lotus Seven inspired car before becoming an ADRS instructor in 2025.

My mission as a coach is to unlock each driver’s full potential, helping them master the fundamentals of racing, improve lap times, and understand vehicle dynamics to maximise the driver–car connection. Enthusiastic, driven, and committed to growth, I bring real-world insight to every session.
