About

My racing career goes back to the early 70's when I started racing 100 National karts as a junior. By the late 70' and early 80's I was racing in national championships against many drivers who became stars. A break to get married and start a family and then i was back to racing but this time at a regional level.

By the mid 90's two of my children were racing with me too! A home and business move to Castle Combe led to me to switch to racing in the BRSCC Castle Combe Formula Ford 1600 series.

When Castle Combe Racing Club was created i was invited to join and help the board establish the club as a competitor focused, mainstay of club racing in the UK. Shortly after, i was invited to join the Castle Combe Racing School led by Alan Cooper and whom i have been an ARDS instructor for around 20 years.

My motorsport interests have broadened from FF1600 and saloon cars to GT cars and historic racing.
